Foreign Contributions
Please note that Foreign Contribution shall be made only by:
– people having Dual Citizenship
– people holding an Foreign Country Passport
– Business or other Entities that are registered in a Foreign Country donating from their Foreign Sources
– Donation in Foreign Currency.
FCRA Registration Details
White Doves® is Registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 and is authorized to receive Foreign Contribution under Registration Number: 094630227 dated 26-12-2017. The validity is for 5 years ending on 25-12-2022, further extended upto 31-03-2023 as per Notification No: No.II/21022/23(22)/2020-FCRA-III dated 23rd September, 2022, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The Application for Renewal of FCRA Registration has been submitted on 19-06-2022.
Details of the donor as required to be maintained by the donee (White Doves)
The Laws in India are strict with regard to receipt of Foreign Contribution and is governed by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 and its subsequent amendments.
The Donee (White Doves) is required to maintain complete details of the Donor as detailed below:

1. Passport Number – (The scanned copy has to be emailed to us for our record.) Kindly check the validity of the Passport before donating.
2. Complete Foreign Address of the Donor.
3. Contact Number with Country and Area Codes.
4. Email address of the Donor
5. Donors holding Person of Indian Origin (PIO) Card or Overseas Indian Citizen (OCI) Card shall need to provide a copy of the card for our records.
6. Foreign Registered Organizations intending to Donate to White Doves shall provide their Registration details.
Therefore, we kindly request every Donor, donating as Foreign Contribution, to co-operate with us and send us the above mentioned details before making the donation.
